Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to request a refund, exchange, or cancellation of items you have purchased. In keeping with our commitment to client satisfaction, we at thowby ثــوبــي have done our best to make these transactions as easy as possible.

We allow returns, refunds, or exchanges of your product within 14 days of your order provided that the following conditions are met:

The item should be unworn and unused.

The item should be in the same condition as it was upon receipt and the original tags should not be removed.

The item should be in the same packing in which you received it.

Just create a return request by filling the return form. Processing may take up to 14 days from the date of receiving your request.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. So, if you have used a credit card for your purchase, the amount will be refunded directly to your credit card.

To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notice: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within your time expectation, please be sure to verify with your bank account first. You may then choose to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchased item for the same item, please send us an email at to explain the problem or reason for exchange. You may then send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the recipient of the gift, any necessary refunds will be via a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you directly, any refunds will be processed through to the gift giver, and they will be notified regarding the request made for refund, return, or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying any applicable shipping charges to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time necessary for the exchange process and for you to receive your exchanged items, varies depending on where you live.,

If you are shipping an item over AED 367 (USD 100), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package arrives to us as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
