Delivery & Shipment
Here at thowby ثــوبــي, we give each order individual attention, and every abaya is handmade with our clients, in mind. Preparation of your abaya takes time, so please allow 8 business days for your abaya to be made. Actual shipping time varies between 3-5 business days, so you should allow 10-15 business days to receive your abaya. During high season – especially around Eid times – allow more time for your abaya to be delivered.
Express Delivery Timeframe
At thowby ثــوبــي we understand that there are times when you have an urgent need for a new abaya – for that unexpected special occasion. If you require your abaya before the normal delivery period, you may request an express order for an additional rush fee. With express processing, we will prioritize your order and make your abaya within 4 business days and then ship it to you via DHL courier company. The option for normal or express processing of your abaya is given right before adding the abaya to your cart.
An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to provide a mobile number and e-mail address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.
For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you are not present when delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a note with instructions on how to either arrange for re-delivery or where to pick up your package.
thowby ثــوبــي offers express delivery to all countries using DHL courier company. Applicable duties and taxes are included in all abaya prices. However, your order may be subject to delivery charges depending on your selected purchase.
- Deliveries within United Arab Emirates: free of charge.
- Deliveries to the GCC: free delivery on orders above AED 1000.
- Deliveries to the rest of the world: free delivery on orders above AED 1100.
Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Order Returned Due to Failed-Delivery
thowby ثــوبــي reserves the right to deduct any shipping charges born at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the client.
Please make sure that you provide accurate address details for package delivery. thowby ثــوبــي will not be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect location.
PLEASE NOTE, once an order has been shipped we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that thowby ثــوبــي cannot be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.Import Duties & Customs
We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis; this means that any applicable shipping and customs duties charges will be paid by thowby ثــوبــي . However, your order may be subject to delivery charges depending on your selected purchase.
Import duties are applied to all GCC and international deliveries. Customs and handling charges vary per country. These charges are separate from the product charges.
Customs and handling charges are non-refundable, therefore, if you decide to cancel or return an order after it has been shipped, these charges will be deducted from your refund amount.Client Care Contact Details
