Normal Delivery Timeframe

Here at thowby ثــوبــي, we give each order individual attention. Bespoke of your abaya takes time, so please allow 5 business days for your abaya to be made. Actual shipping time varies between 3-5 business days, so you should allow 6 -8 business days to receive your abaya. During high season – especially around Eid times – allow more time for your abaya to be delivered.

 

Express Delivery Timeframe
At thowby ثــوبــي we understand that there are times when you have an urgent need for a new abaya – for that unexpected special occasion. If you require your abaya urgently, you may request an express order for an additional fee. With express processing, we will prioritize your order and make your abaya within 2 business days and then ship it to you via DHL courier company. 

 

Shipping Essentials 
thowby ثــوبــي purchases may be shipped world-wide except where UAE law prohibits. We ship all abayas from Saturday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00  (GMT). All orders are delivered in our signature packaging.

 

Tracking
An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to provide a mobile number and e-mail address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your shipment.

For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you are not present when delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a note with instructions on how to either arrange for re-delivery or where to pick up your package.

 

Delivery Charges
thowby ثــوبــي offers FREE express delivery to all countries using DHL courier company except where UAE law prohibits. Applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. 

 

Order Returned Due to Failed-Delivery
We require a signature for receipt of all orders. In the event that the client does not respond to the courier company at the destination address, the shipment will be returned to thowby ثــوبــي . If the client wishes to receive items from an initially failed-delivery order, a new order will need to be placed.

 

Please make sure that you provide accurate address details for package delivery. thowby ثــوبــي will not be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect location.

PLEASE NOTE, once an order has been shipped we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that thowby ثــوبــي cannot be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.

 

Import Duties & Customs
Any duties and customs charges are to be paid by the customer.
