WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR ABAYA?
Regular Delivery
At thowby ثــوبــي, we give each bespoke order our careful, undivided attention. We want to create the perfect abaya for you, after all.
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 7-10 business days for the abaya to be made. Estimated shipping time varies between 3-5 business days after that. During peak seasons – especially around Eid or other cultural festivals – high demand could lead to delays in delivery.
Express Delivery
We understand that there may be times when you urgently need to buy a new abaya – maybe for a surprise event or a sudden invitation. A faster delivery is possible in such cases.
To get your order expedited, you can opt for our express delivery service at a nominal additional fee. Under express processing, we will fast-track your order, create your abaya in 2-3 business days, and then ship it to you via DHL courier. Be assured — an express delivery will, in no way, compromise the quality or creation of your abaya!
thowby offers FREE express delivery to all countries using DHL courier, except where UAE law prohibits. Applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
SHIPPING ESSENTIALS
We proudly offer worldwide shipping, except in regions where UAE laws restrict delivery. Our abayas are dispatched every Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT).
Once an order has been shipped we will be unable to redirect it. thowby will not be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Kindly note that any duties and customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. It is therefore important to provide an active email address (and mobile number) while placing an order so you can stay updated on your shipment's progress.
IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERIES
For security reasons, we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order is placed. If you miss the delivery attempt, don't worry! Our courier will leave you a helpful note with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or where to pick up your package.
If you are not available to receive your package at the provided destination address, the shipment will be returned to thowby. Should you wish to receive the items from an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will need to place a new order.
Please make sure you provide accurate address details to ensure timely delivery of your package. thowby will not be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect location.
