Is it compulsory to sign up before placing an order?
While it is not compulsory to create an account on thowby ثــوبــي when you place an order, signing up will surely make your shopping experience smoother. You will enjoy easy checkout, access to your order history, and stay updated on our latest collections and designs.
Is my personal information safe?

What if I can’t log in to my account?
Don’t worry! If you lose your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the account page to reset it via email. For any technical issues, shoot us an email at contactus@thowby.com and our Client Care Team will assist you promptly.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as online credit via Apple Pay and Checkout for your convenience. You can also opt to pay via installments through tabby, and tamara (here’s how).
Can I change the currency for payment?
While the default checkout currency is AED (UAE Dirahms), you can select from other currencies in the drop-down menu on our homepage or during checkout to see the price in your home currency.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our abayas to all GCC countries and worldwide, excluding any OFAC sanctions countries as per UAE law.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email address.
When will I receive my abaya?
Regular delivery takes up to 15 business days, including 7-10 days for your abaya to be made and 3-5 days for shipping. There are options to fast-track your order with our express delivery service. Know more about our Delivery & Shipment Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and details on how to track your package. You can also reach out to our Client Care Team with the tracking number for assistance.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not reached you within the expected timeframe, contact our Client Care Team and we will assist you promptly at contactus@thowby.com
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Contact our Client Care Team to update/modify your delivery address after placing an order. Please note, however, that any change in delivery address will only be possible before your order is dispatched.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it via email at contactus@thowby.com or send a WhatsApp message to +971506568711. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once the processing of your abaya has begun, we may be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Can I return my order?
You can return unused/unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Read our Refund Policy for more details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Do I need to sign for my package during delivery?
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, someone else can sign for it on your behalf.
