How can I cancel or change my order? 
Contact us via email at contactus@thowby.com or send WhatsApp message at +971506568711 within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or make any changes.

We will do our best regarding your request. However, if the processing of your abaya has already begun, we may be unable to fulfill any modifications or cancellations.

Why should I sign up?
Having a registered account will allow you easy check out every time you make a purchase, enable you to track previous and current history orders, and keep you updated on our latest collections and new designs.

Is my personal information safe?
We, at thowby ثــوبــي respect your privacy. Once you submit your personal information on our website, sit back and relax because it is stored securely on our servers.

What can I do if I am unable to log in to my account?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the account page and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, you can send an e-mail to contactus@thowby.com and one of our thowby ثــوبــي Client Care Team will get back to you.
 
What payment methods are accepted?
Your convenience is important to us, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as online credit via Apple Pay and Checkout.
 
How can I change the currency for payment?
The currency is default to AED. However, other currencies are also available from the drop-down menu.
 
What countries does thowby ثــوبــي ship to?
thowby ثــوبــي abayas can be shipped to all GCC countries and around the world. However, thowby ثــوبــي will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

How do I know my order is placed and confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email on your registered e-mail id, letting you know that you have placed an order.
 
How much time before I receive my abaya?

Normally the delivery takes up to 15 working days. This allows 5-7 business days for making your abaya and 2-3 business days for shipping and delivery.

I have not received my order within the expected time, what should I do?

How can I schedule a delivery and change the delivery address?
Contact our thowby ثــوبــي Client Care at contactus@thowby.com  or message us at+971506568711 between 09:00 to 18:00 UAE time and they will assist you. However, please understand that if your order has already been dispatched, we regretfully will not be able to help you.
 
How can I track my order?
An email confirmation with tracking number and instructions on how to track your package will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you may contact thowby ثــوبــي Client Care with the tracking number at contactus@thowby.com  or message us at +971506568711 between 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai - UAE time, and we will be able to track your order.
 
What is your return policy?
Thowby ثــوبــي items may be returned within 14 days with the following conditions:
  • Any return items should be unused/unworn.
  • Items should be in the same condition as received with the tags still attached.
  • Items should be in the same packing in which you received it.

Do I need to sign for my package at the time of delivery?
A signature is required to receive your package. However, if you are not personally able to be at the delivery address when your package arrives, anyone can receive it on your behalf and sign for you.
