How much time before I receive my abaya?
Normally the delivery takes up to 15 working days. This allows 5-7 business days for making your abaya and 2-3 business days for shipping and delivery.I have not received my order within the expected time, what should I do?

What is your return policy?
Thowby ثــوبــي items may be returned within 14 days with the following conditions:
- Any return items should be unused/unworn.
- Items should be in the same condition as received with the tags still attached.
- Items should be in the same packing in which you received it.

Do I need to sign for my package at the time of delivery?
A signature is required to receive your package. However, if you are not personally able to be at the delivery address when your package arrives, anyone can receive it on your behalf and sign for you.
