Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to request a refund, exchange, or cancellation of items you have purchased. In keeping with our commitment to client satisfaction, we at thowby ثــوبــي have done our best to make these transactions as easy as possible.

We allow returns, refunds, or exchanges of your product within 14 days of your order provided that the following conditions are met:

- The item should be unworn and unused.

- The item should be in the same condition as it was upon receipt and the original tags / labels should not be removed.

- The item should be in the same packaging in which you received it.

- The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Items purchased at 10% discount or more will not be returnable. 

Just create a return request by filling the return form. Process may take up to 14 days from the date of receiving your request.

Important Notice: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within your time expectation, please be sure to verify with your bank first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchased item for the same item, please send us an email at contactus@thowby.com to explain the problem or reason for exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the recipient of the gift, any necessary refunds will be via a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you directly, any refunds will be processed through to the gift giver, and they will be notified regarding the request made for refund, return, or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
